At Create Club at Longford Park Primary this week, we studied the artist Keith Haring. He is known for his drawings of people using a single, continuous line. Children had a go at using his style, they learnt about adding motion lines and used bold, blocks of colour to finish their Haring-inspired artwork. Well done everyone!
MY COPY OF #paidinexposure CAME IN TODAY!!!!! I’m so excited!!! I’ve already listened about a jillion Times and I just LOVE it! Nate’s really outdone himself! Can’t wait for whatever he’s got planned next!
Man I’m always so late to do these things but here’s my #artistvshero post. After not drawing for many years, their art motivated me to take up the pen again (well finger cuz I don’t have a stylus). Seeing their art always inspires me to keep working on my own style. So I’d just like to say thank you for rekindling my love for drawing
(I’ve got so many people I admire tho tbh) #awesomeartists
So I’m too excited about this to not share it! This is the teeny bit of animation that I made happen for the virtual aspect of the Hidden Layers piece. It’s not much. The stars twinkle and her heart and bust bounce just so slightly. I have minimal experience with animation, so I’m proud of my ability to make this much move. LISTEN THO- You really gotta go see the Hidden Layers exhibit though. Everyone else there is SO talented and brought their best game. Their pieces had music and full length animations and stories. It was incredible. I was totally humbled and in awe. #hiddenlayers#awesomeartists#animation#photoshop#heartbeat#surreal#neon#neonlight#cutebutt
