Resting your shoulder..
Is harder than it sounds. So I never really thought about how much I used my shoulder, but honestly trying not to use it is far harder than I expected.
Obviously the biggest issue is carrying Nate. There’s really no right way to do this because lifting him with other arm causes me to strain my right shoulder which ends in the same result. I have just been trying not to carry him further than necessary.
I honestly can’t believe how many everyday activities require me to lift my arm above 90 degrees. Putting the dishes away, hanging out washing, brushing my hair, getting dressed. It doesn’t help that when I wake up, my shoulder is already sore and stiff from sleeping awkwardly 😂
Can I just spend this week napping? That will fix it right? 🤷🏽♀️
