1.Straight arm pull down : 3 sets increasing weight 15x12x10.
(Take support of bench to support your upper body)
2.Bicep Curls: 12x10x8. (Keep ur elbows tucked to ur sides)
3.Rowing with Hyper extension: 3 sets of 15 reps
(Do not hyper extend)
4. Hammer Curl: 12x10x8

-Unilateral each side then bilateral

-Incline reverse row w/ knee to chest
3x AMR to 15–increase or decrease difficulty by changing angle of the bar

I don’t wanna sound boastful, but I have to say I’m extremely happy with the progress I’ve made in this 5 month bulk... officially weighing in at 213lbs, this is the heaviest I’ve ever been. It’s also the strongest I’ve ever been. I owe alot of this newfound strength and size to @hardmagnum ’s “Hard Muscle Builder” you guys this stuff REALLY WORKS! But I am so exhausted from my workout.
Thaaaaat I’m just going to get to my point.

TAKING CARE OF YOURSELF IS SO SO SO IMPORTANT.
This morning I; - Got my eyebrows waxed.
- Got my first facial.
- Got a deep tissue massage.
Y’all.
I feel fucking FANTASTIC.
And you absolutely and 1000% truthfully.
CANNOT.
CAN. 👏🏼NOT.
Give 100% of yourself to the people who mean so much to you.
If you cannot give 100% of you to yourself.
Make sense?
You can think/feel that you are giving your all to someone, but truthfully.
You’re not.
Take care of yourself.
LOVE YOURSELF.
It doesn’t have to be a facial or massage or any of those things.
It just means doing the things that make you feel GREAT.
Taking the time you need to yourself.
Doing things for you.
INVEST IN YOURSELF.
You will be rewarding yourself, and every person around you.
It WILL be the best thing you could ever do for yourself.
Next on my list?
Taking an epsom salt bath to recover from that massage. 😂😂
And then put on some self tanner later.
