A glimpse of my personal training with teacher. Always attempt advance poses with a qualified teacher to avoid injury. I'm actually enjoying the pose. Executing the verbal cue from teacher to make sure I'm doing it correctly and not feeling any pain. This way, i can practise safe (priority!!) and work deeper into the body.

Day 24 of 36! Long slow Shoulders and Hips Yin practice this morning, really fun and challenging Hot Hatha Flow last night... I'm enjoying the balance of activities, keeping a variety of yoga and focusing my Yin classes on whatever body parts are feeling a little neglected or sometimes overworked.
