“Change is not only inevitable, but always happening. When you truly embrace this concept of change being constant, the only thing left to do is grow, detach, venture inwards, touch the spirit and find your source — the one responsible for keeping you grounded through the ever-changing seasons of life.” — Julie Weiland rimma_pryadchenko

Because I am unclever (the red squiggles tell me “unclever” is not a word but I’m going with it)
1. I’ve used the same shampoo and conditioner for 6 years.
2. Every dog is a puppy to me, and I want to pet them all.
3. All. Of. Them.
4. I love Metallica
5. I need coffee every single day
6. I don’t have any tattoos
7. I’m not super interesting
This is the first time I've been able to walk my feet forward so much into #wheelpose . It was a good feeling to end my session with.
Any heart openers I do hurt like hell.. so warming up and practicing was hard.
I decided to get on my mat today because nothing feels right.
The weather is cold, I'm struggling with job searching, I have to go get my knee x-rayed (putting it off..), and my parents are here visiting. My yoga space has been outdoors and I feel like I'm being forced into my little bedroom. (I had to house my recliner on my bed to get space). I'm just so miserable living here. I don't know if if change it my attitude would if I left, but I'm tired of wondering.
La mente es la que domina a los músculos; la fuerza de un martillazo depende de la energía que se le aplique; así, el poder expresado por el instrumento corporal de un hombre depende de su voluntad dinámica y de su valor. -autobiografía de un yogui @rockrobot
