Bent-over rows: Great back exercise, hitting everything from rear deltoids to lats to rhomboids to bicep...excellent for targeting those “low lats” too if you’re chasing those wings!
Things to look for:
Feet shoulder width apart with knees slightly bent.
Pull weight up with elbows tucked IN!
Shoulder-elbow section goes up to parallel with body, no higher. ...and there ya go, a safe, but efficient workout ready to chisel that back!
