I did it! Hit max deadlift 200 lb & my back squat 135 today max. Pain free and form great! Yeah me️♀️- I’m not an athlete ( even though I pretend to be lol) post hip replacement , age, work, family to accomplish goals, see yourself get stronger, fitter & healthier is amazing. Most post surgery just want to walk but to accomplish this is beyond what I hoped for ...
