For breakfast/brunch I made eggs-in-a-hole (bagels with an egg cooked in the middle) seasoned with my dried mint and chilli flakes combo, garlic and coriander bread which we used to mop up the delicious chickpea dish I made - this was cooked in a different method to my normal chana masala, more inspired by flavours of the levant but tasted really good! We also had salad and doughnuts I picked up from @icelandfoods the other day because they looked so good - they seemed very handy to stock up on for when unexpected visitors pop by, just thaw and they're ready to eat. Will try one out later and let you know what I think.
