4 days of travelling, eating yummy food, having some drinks (Mom and Dad love their morning coffee with Baileys and I wasn’t complaining lol) annnnnd we got home super late last night. I set my alarm for 5am knowing that I had to get back on schedule this week, well I didn’t “have” to but I wanted to. See that’s the difference between this being a lifestyle and some sort of crash diet. I enjoyed myself this weekend and loved every minute of it but my body is also craving a workout and some healthy food. I’m also super bloated and I know that it’s from the massive amounts of salt in restaurant food, as well as lots of sitting in the car while driving. So, don’t beat yourself up after enjoying a little vacation. Just get back to eating well and working out and you’ll feel great in no time again!
