Good morning peeps🌞 happy Sunday! I’m so happy because we got in super late last night and today I’m just resting and celebrating my grandmas birthday lol. So happy to get back into my routine this week and to finally get back to cooking! I love cooking so much it’s almost therapeutic for me. I love the control and the fun I have from creating new recipes and just recreating recipes I love! •


This morning I’m trying to almost detox my body from all the sweets this week hahah. So this after I woke up this morning I had a big glass of water THEN I put 2 capfuls of acv, some turmeric, and a squeeze of lemon! It doesn’t taste great I’m gonna be honest but it is sooo good for you!

Since subbing a lot of processed foods out my cooking, like white flour for this cauli-based pizza, the biggest difference for me is flavour 🙌🏼 Im not gluten intolerant but quite often prefer the gluten free versions of food (all food is good food 😂) this cauli pizza is super different to a normal pizza, both however are seriously delicious. Plus getting in veg like cauliflower instead of carbs that spike your sugar levels (which can make you snacky when levels then fall)can be a great way to stay full for a long time. Or ya know, until the next feed at least 🤸🏼‍♀️👹🍕

Cauli base with a cooked whole cauliflower, 2 eggs, oregano and 100g almond flour. Cooked at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Topped with avocado, rocket, pesto and feta cheese 🤤

Sometimes, I look like a functioning adult without my hair in a rats nest or puke on my shirt 💁🏼‍♀️
& those times are usually picture worthy!

This was a few days ago when I was going to meet some of the best people in the city & thats when it hit me.
When I wrote down my intentions at the beginning of the year, my number one was to find "my people”. The people that I connect with on a soul level, the ones that get me & support me and me to them. You know the ones. It was something I was an area that I needed to grow in.
It wasn't easy & it took a lot of stepping out of my comfort zone, but you guys... I think I've got them! My amazing #blisstribe.

I was never a real big believer in manifestation or any of that - but what I do know if real, what you think and what you do - create the life you have. Your thoughts are so powerful & the more you focus into that, the better your life will become.

Being stressed is no good when you’re trying to be healthy. In 3-4 days I’ve managed to eat an entire Nutella pot and a pint of Ben & Jerry’s (low calorie to be fair). When I’m stressed it goes one of two ways, I’m either over eating or I’m not eating at all. This week it seems I’ve been eating everything in sight. Eating ice creams like the one in this picture is completely allowed, ice cream keeps me sane. However, ice cream does not need to be consumed at all times, food like this should make you happy, not be your solution to stress. So enjoy the ice creams, just don’t rely on them to solve your problems. Trust me, it really doesn’t work 🍦#deep .

A little rainbow chakra jewelry for the kiddos. @lifesmagickjewelry. The first one can be a diffuser bracelet for essential oils. Rose quartz and amethyst are great stones for children to help keep them balanced and calm. Lava and Hematite are great grounding stones. GETTING AWAY from it all for even just one day provides a bit of brain space and R&R. Headed down to Kent on Friday afternoon for @luluandme.co big birthday celebrations and had a fabulous day on the beach.

Swapped the gym for Long coastal walks to and from Broadstairs, had 2 medium swims in the sea and danced the night away with the most fab ladies and Phil!

As the latest evidence is showing, it’s not enough to head to the gym once a day if you are sedentary the rest of the day; we need to keep active and moving all day. So fitting in a walk at lunchtime, setting an alarm to get up every hour whilst sitting, having a little dance - all of these small changes can make a difference. Being sedentary in this millennium is seen as the biggest health risk which increases our risk of disease, not only as it increases the risk of obesity, but because it effects all our hormone systems and how our body works with insulin. As a Personal trainer I’ve been getting up at silly o’clock in the morning, and getting home at pretty late hours too. I’ve been very slack with food prep and I’ve got a little too used to breakfast on the go. Now don’t get me wrong, it’s been amazing trying so many new places and breakfast creations, but it’s a luxury and becomes extremely expensive.
With a little bubba on the way and putting work on hold for a while, it’s time to save those pennies and get myself back in the kitchen.

Going to try going on a bit of a “cut” of sorts this week. Been eating far too much and not moving nearly as much as I should. Excited to see the changes I can make to my body 🤭🤭

Corps imparfait, bronzage imparfait, mais je passe actuellement des vacances parfaites, après 5 jours à Ibiza avec mes copines de l’amour, je pars en week-end en amoureux dans quelques minutes, alors non, je n’assume pas mon corps à 100% en ce moment, mais je profite avec les gens que j’aime, et ça, ça n’a pas de prix 🖤
J’ai déjà eu le corps tant espéré un été, mais il faut voir ce que cela m’a coûté. Cardio à fond, tant au boulot qu’à la salle, salade midi et soir, aucun écart, aucun plaisir. Et je ne suis pas faite pour ça.
Je n’ai pas eu la chance de naître dans un corps qui accepte ma gourmandise, tant pis, je profite et rattraperai les « dégâts » plus tard, et après tout, c’est ça la vie. Et surtout, être entourée de personnes qui vous tirent vers le haut, et vous font oublier tous vos défauts, c’est ça le bonheur. ♡

I have such a huge passion for health and fitness and I am so so so excited for Bianca! It’s been so much fun training and so incredible watching her strength go up and body change 💪🏻💪🏻 this is why I love my job!
Bianca has been training with me once a week for 30min, nutrition has been flexible and we have been focusing on building strength with combination of weights and body weight work.
Since May Bianca has achieved some really good results while still living a normal life socialising as we are working on sustainable results that will last and still being able to go out with friends etc.

RESULTS SINCE MAY-

Weight - ⬇️ 1.5kg
Muscle - ⬆️ 1kg
Fat - ⬇️ 3kg
And overall improved by 4 points on her health assessment via inbody scan!

Diese Freude, wenn die Mutti mal wieder ihre super-leckere Gemüsepfanne zubereitet und doch noch was für mich übrig bleibt. 🤩🙆🏼‍♀️
Da kann man aber auch echt nicht widerstehen! Zugegeben, ich bin so eine Person, bei der muss alles wirklich superschnell gehen, weil ich beim Kochen einfach so mega ungeduldig bin. Aber gerade deswegen klappt wahrscheinlich auch meine Meal prep Routine so super gut. Meistens bemerke ich das vor allem abends, wenn ich spät von Arbeit & Training oft mega ausgelaugt und hungrig heim komme. Da bin ich dann wirklich froh, dass ich mein Essen nur noch warm machen brauche ohne großartig viel rumzukochen und der Gefahr aufzulaufen, 'Mist' in mich reinzustopfen. Ich kann sowas auch echt nur weiterempfehlen, vor allem für sehr beschäftigte Leute, die meistens lange unterwegs sind und im Alltag wenig Zeit haben sich Gedanken über ihre Mahlzeiten zu machen. Es reicht schon aus, wenn man sich in Ruhe einen Tag Zeit nimmt und das Essen vorher plant, ..dann ist die restliche Woche eigentlich schon 'safe'. Man muss sich eben nur aufraffen, hinsetzen und damit beschäftigen! 😉

Today is the last day of week 9 from #sweatitreload - @sarahs_day second ebook. after the third week of doing @sarahs_day ebooks and especially after week 9 of #sweatitreload, I’m really in love with that shorter workouts. They are so intense, flexible, tough, challenging and always different! But also can be low intensity - just how your body needs it! It’s so wonderful and amazing!

I really was so afraid of changing my workout routine, to start listening to my body, giving it time to recover - fuel it like it needs it what means eating more on some days and eating less on other days cause that’s what listening to your body means.
Sometimes you would love to smash out a tough cardio hiit session and sometimes you just feel like doing low intensity or yoga or just a walk or stretching - and it’s the same with nutrition. On some days you need 4 meals, on other days you may need 6. It always depends on how much you move, how much time your body had to get hungry, to recover, to slow down, if it’s hot or cold outside, if you’re mentally exhausted, stressed or relaxed.
Our bodies mostly made out of water and we should never forget that also the nature - the whole earth is effecting our bodies! Cause with over 90% water in us, we are the f****** ocean! It’s just not possible that every day is the same!
Choosing my workouts and my nutrition how it fits my body is still a tough journey for me and for now I’m still not totally good in it but this past 3 weeks really helped me a lot. It remembered me why I started to work out. To feel healthy, flexible, to be able to do functional movements, to change my physique and someday changing the genes I’m giving to my children, to have fun, to feel energised and relaxed - to have a better life.
And the one thing I recognised since working out less and taking some proper time to recover is: I’m more relaxed than ever! And even my surrounding recognises it. I’m laughing more than i have ever laughed for the past 3 years!! My sleep is better, my energy levels are up and I’m able to do more at all!
So I’m slowly finding that balance - nutrition wise and workout wise 💪🏻💕
Never be afraid to change 💕💪🏻💕
