🔥 LEGS BURNING 🔥
The 😅 hot weather is ultra motivating to work my legs, so I'm sharing with you a few of my favorite leg exercises that I'm doing at the moment in my current program that I've set up for myself post Christmas flu!
A lot of these moves give me the ability to focus on one side at a time aka as 'unilateral training' due to my "body sctructure," which is also what I enjoy doing in most of my routines to help my body stay in balance as well as challenged!
Training with this focus also gets the stabilizer muscles working hard/helps improve balance and makes the muscles 🔥 burn baby burn!!! The exercises:
1◾ Banded Crab Walks
2◾ Fwd Lean Split Squats
3◾ Staggered Bent DL
4◾ 1 Leg DL
Give a few of these moves a shot and if it's your first time trying them, ways practice with body weight and light weight first to ensure you feel confident/stable to progress!
