Block press 8โ€™s at 160kgs had to do it feet up as an issue with my hip is restrictive ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿผโ€โ™‚๏ธ the lack of leg drive upped the RPE. Only managed 2 sets after a busy day will catch up with deadโ€™s and squats tomorrow.

If your practising squats that arenโ€™t to depth in training, your training to fail in competition.
Iโ€™m not saying i hit depth on every single rep but Iโ€™m working on it and I am aware of the importance of training to depth in training and the transfers to competition. If you quarter squat an new PR in training the chances you hit it in competition are reduced. .

@welsh_powerlifting championships was amazing, I managed a 752.5kg total which is a PB in competition (came second on wilks 450). Ended up squatting 285kgs at RPE 10.01, benched 182.5kgs and deadlift 285kgs.
I want to thank @mlouevans who puts up with me all year round โค๏ธ she is the best. And thanks to @mr_benchpress_ and @strengthcoachfarncombe for talking some sense into me yesterday. And to everyone else who supports me too.
