(Long Caption Alert )
After a certain point of a plateauing, you have to accept that your failure isn’t due to; stress, bad technique, poor sleep, inefficient programming or bad genetics. It’s a basic lack of work ethic and robustness.
This weight should be easy by now, but missing the occasional set, consistently getting poor sleep, missing training days and not putting 100% in has really caught up to me. Looking back at the last year of training in my head, I probably had about 2 months of consistent training and nutrition, and it shows in the results.
This to me is a real lesson that you only get out of life what you put in. Now it’s time to show myself how much I really want this. 4 Plates I’m coming for you
