Improve your foot health, joint mobility and strength by taking your shoes off and working barefoot. Set yourself the task of freeing the feet and re-engaging your brain with your foot control.
There is still a huge percentage of people spending time in narrow, rigid, cushioned shoes suffering from foot issues and pain — free the feet.
Give this exercise a try of rooting the big toe. Push the big toe into the floor while raising the other four toes. Start slow and aim for pulses, then build up to longer bigger holds.
