Selling is no longer a sellers market. Right?
I have placed my barely used @bugaboostrollers Donkey Mono up for sale on fb and its like despite getting a £1000 buggy (with unopened items like the pram fabric, mattress and rain cover) for a fraction of the cost, and still in warranty, isn't enough and they want you to deliver it to them and pay THEM for the pleasure.
Can anybody tell me what I'm doing wrong?
I had a similar experience last year with @ebay_uk and ended up losing more money on the pushchairs I sold than I made, with fees and posting etc.
I'm not a trader, I'm a mum trying to make some space by getting rid of looked after items I no longer use or need, and for that you get treated like scum by people just wanting something for nothing.
No, I'm not giving them away but I'm not charging the earth either, I just want to have some pennies to put towards the ever increasing wedding costs that are mounting, and make some room in my cluttered rooms.
Is that so bad?
Seems like it from my point of view.
Okay, sorry for my rant. Has anyone else had this experience?
