I've NEVER been as excited for working out than I am right now for this LIIFT4 launch. What will I be doing?: 1: 30-40 minute workouts, 4 days a week, for 8 weeks, all right in my living room
2: Equal parts lifting and HIIT
3: Interacting with a community of 30,000 others doing the SAME program Right along side the creator and trainer for the program, @joelfreemanfitness
4: Sticking to an already made nutrition program every week and getting 1 CHEAT DAY per week!
