Ever thought "I'm literally going to die" during your workout? Pretty sure I think that about 8 times per minute during mine, but I gotta remind myself that despite those thousands of times I've thought I was probably going to die during cardio that I'm still kickin' ;)
Yeah, it's hard sometimes. Uncomfortable. Sometimes even physically impossible. During today's workout I reached fail 3 times, even doing the modifications. Sometimes it happens- your muscles can only physically do so much. And that's okay, you get better every day, every push up, every bench press, every step. But here's your challenge: stop letting your THOUGHTS tell you when your muscles are done. The second you think to yourself "I really can't do one more," that's where you set your limit. And unless you push that limit you're not going to reach your full potential. .
Next time you're working out or doing anything really and you think to yourself "I really can't do one more" KEEP PUSHING. And maybe mentally note how much further you could actually go once you stopped being an obstacle in your success.
