Didn’t want to do it. Did it. The best part about it is that I CRUSHED the plank portion of the workout. 4x 60 seconds. 4 mins of planking. I dunno if that was the BCAAs or what. Last summer I could do a 2min plank but a month ago I felt like I could only do 30 seconds again. ♀️

I am totally not working as hard as I used to on the workouts. I modify a TON (I’m not doing broad jumps or bench jumps in my kitchen since I live on the second floor). But my legs are still sore so I’m ok with my progress!!! I basically just did a ton of weighted squats and my legs are dead so that’s a good sign! .
