After all the wedding celebrations I arrived in Canada bloated, out of my normal shape but excited to get back into my regime
Believe it or not my weight was pretty similar in both pictures but during the week of the wedding I disregarded my gluten intolerance, did no training and tracked no food. My pants barely fit.
I started tracking my food once I got here but had no scales so I was estimating everything - it was a good start for watching food quality but when I got my kitchen scales a couple of weeks ago and started taking note of everything I was consuming I saw the real difference. I don't track my food for calories, I track it to ensure I get in enough protein, fats and carbs to fuel my training and help me reach my goals!!! Remember nourish, don't punish!
