So many times we stand in our own way. I have realized that although I was my own problem, I was also my own solution. Truthfully, I didn’t always treat my body well. Brief glimmers of diets and workout routines or a sports team, but this is different. I believe I am on my way now. It wasn’t too late for me to work on being my healthiest me. That being said, I still find it so easy to slip into old habits.
It’s taken me almost 2 years to develop what I would call a consistent health and fitness routine. I do miss my workouts when I am ill; I feel best eating healthy, unpackaged food options and I love how strong I feel. But I still loose track sometimes. That’s okay. We are all humans, and definitely not perfect. But here is the thing- you can’t stop! The only way you go back to old routines and habits is if you stop the current ones. You can slow down, you can even push pause if you have to, but please don’t stop!
