Holiday houses, very often, have dodgy bathrooms. It’s generally one of the costliest rooms to update and you may think, not that important to do so...
GOOD NEWS...It doesn’t HAVE to be!
When I’m on holiday, I’m in that bathroom a lot! Showers in between swims, trying on new clothes, applying ALL the lotions, getting ready for ALL the eating out, rinsing out bathers, showering (my) children and checking how my tan is coming along....SO I want a lovely bathroom to do it in. PLUS it’s GOT TO BE CLEAN !!
The image I chose couldn’t be a better example of how to create a BETTER bathroom with a tiny investment...
PAINT tiles white
PLASTER to contrast
WHITE shower curtain
MIRROR big is best
PLANT adds life
This can all be achieved for $500, or less.
You could also re-enamel the bath and sink, but as long as there are no stains or cracks, you can leave this for later.
This IDEA here is to make the best of what you HAVE.
STYLING TIP- not revolutionary, but a LUXURY hand soap pump, white towels, a scented CANDLE and a cool basket (for used towels) will take it all next level
