So no long run today, I was hoping that my accommodation had a treadmill which I could use but no. It can’t be helped and I have made myself happy hiking about at 5850 feet in the shadow of Mont Blanc. The accommodation does have a static bike, pool and of course skiing so it may be a cross training week.
To wrap up the week, I ran 20 miles altogether this week, I’ve been watching what I’ve been eating for accurately making sure I’m fuelling correctly. Overall I really enjoyed my running this week and I’m looking forward to next week using my different muscle groups
