Flexin Friday! What a great day to crush your goals and see some results that has been years in the making! .
Been doing this weightlifting program for a little over a month and I am already seeing great results. For the past few mo ths I have been on a plateau with my progress. Mainly nutrition but I am really starting to buckle down again, especially with the Holiday season upon us!
And let me tell ya, there are plenty of days for me to use an excuse to not workout or to eat unhealthy because of a time crunch. Lets see, I work full time, have a 2 month old boy whom I need to take care of, a 10 year old trouble maker I am constantly keeping my eye on, I go to school fulltime to become an engineer, and I am a web designer as well! So those right there are plenty of excuses but they are my why's as well. .
Being healthy lets me keep up with all of that, granted some days I might be tired, but not every day. Not to mention, I am trying to get rid of that #dadbod .
