Just a general bod/life update. I’m about 71-72kg atm, training roughly 4 days a week (because well... LIFE) tracking my food very loosely and trying my hardest not to beat myself up about my “weight gain” 2 months ago at nationals I was 4kg lighter!
Did I expect to stay there? NO
Am I disappointed when I look at the scales .. well yeah 🤫🤷🏼♀️
As much as I tried to stick to my reverse diet, life apparently had other plans for me and that’s okay! Work is busy, it’s nearly Christmas time and right now my priorities have shifted. 🤷🏼♀️ But I cannot wait to get back on track and preping for my next competition 💪🏻
