Back and Tricep Post

1️⃣ Single to Double Wide Grip Lat Pull Downs. (5 sets of 5 rounds) ✅ for the singles - I pull towards my rear delts. For the double - I pull towards the chin. Always activate the lats before starting your pull.
2️⃣ Tricep Pull Downs (4 sets of 10-12 reps)

3️⃣ Kneeling Back Rope Pulls (4 sets of 10-12 reps) ✅ pull the rope towards your chest.

4️⃣ Laying Tricep Rope Pulls (4 sets of 10-12 reps) ✅ keep your elbows stationary and only use your triceps to pull.
5️⃣ Single Arm Cable Row (back) (4 sets of 10-12 reps) ✅ keep your back flat. Pull with your back rather than your bicep.
6️⃣ Hammer Grip Tricep Pull Downs (4 sets of 10-12 reps)

7️⃣ Pull ups (as many as you can lol) ✅ activate your lats before you pull, keep your chest up, remain slow and in control.

Here are my way too early predictions for next Season. I think we did a great job this offseason getting scorer like Ish Smith, Isaiah Thomas and Davis Bertans. But we did not get better defensively only adding CJ Miles and losing Howard, Ariza and Sato. From what ive seen this offseason, Bryant has really improved his shot and overall basketball IQ so I think he'll have a breakout season. Isaiah has the most to prove out of anyone in the NBA and I think he could do that next season and average over 17PPG. Beal would obviously be our best scorer if he stays and I think Bertans will make the biggest impact off the bench with his elite Shooting and floor spacing. Thoughts? 🤔

Bases para ganar tamaño 🦍

1. Nunca abandonar la técnica: Pesado es un término relativo, nunca usar más peso del que podemos mover. Trabajar los músculos con buena técnica realizando un rango completo del movimiento es esencial en cada repetición .
2. No entrenar solo:
cuando se cuenta con un simple respaldo existe mayor seguridad a la hora de realizar los movimientos y de esta manera se dará un impulso a los límites personales. Un buen compañero que sepa como ayudar correctamente es un valioso activo a la hora de buscar crecimiento.
3. El entrenamiento es solo una parte de la ecuación:
Asegurar un buen descanso y lo más importante respaldar las seciones de entrenamiento con una abundante dieta y suplementos de calidad.
4. Tomarse un tiempo y no apresurarse entre series:
Se deberá descansar al menos 1 min entre series para grupos musculares pequeños y Max 3 para grupos musculares de mayor tamaño.
5. Y no menos importante : PACIENCIA 💪🏾 no existen píldoras mágicas ni resultados inmediatos

Injuries suck! And little aches and pains are a part of the game if you push your body to the literal breaking point and um yeah, sometimes beyond .
And if you’re like me you’re stubborn and hard headed. Some might call it insane . Doing the same thing over and over again, blah blah.

But this is why we need to have a chiro, masseuse and a physical therapist on speed dial. In fact a weekly or bi-weekly appt is often exactly what the doctor ordered to keep a person in one piece, feeling good and running at optimal levels. Vroooooom! No point in looking like a million dollar Bugatti but feeling like a junkyard pancake !
