New tradition! Every Sunday at 12 PM, we’ll have a like chat/time. Unfortunately, Instagram doesn’t promote accounts that don’t have enough engagement (combination of likes, comments and savings). So, let’s help each other to get to ! The rules are simple:
1. Like and save this post (saving is very important)
2. Write in the comments below how many likes you need and how many posts you want to be commented and saved.
3. Note: Don’t forget to fulfil others’ requests ♀️ Comments must be at least 4 words (otherwise, Insta doesn’t recognize as a comment). Make your comments thoughtful; not just “cool pic”, “I like it”, etc.
You can leave as many requests as you want. More requests, more likes
Some months ago I had gotten acrylic nails and had a blast, well kind of, till they were removed. My nails were left damaged, extremely thinned out, really short; you could see my finger tips clearly without the nails. My fingers were very painful and numb for weeks. Now let me clarify that this only happened with me because the person who removed them was highly unprofessional and in some sort of a hurry so didn't care about my pain or damage being done. Its not like that always so PLEASE chose your nail professional carefully. That being said, I have been using @opi.pakistan Infinite Shine Strengthening Primer and its really helping. Find out how on my blog redalicerao.com #opinails#opipakistan#opiinfiniteshine
my almost everyday night routine for the past 3 weeks. - Garnier Micellar with Argan Oil
- @shoppasoap binahong facial wash (been 3 years using this, the longest ever!)
- Missha First Treatment Essence
- The Ordinary Vitaminc C Suspension 23% + HA Spheres 2%
- Tamanu Oil @organicsupplyco .
- Benton Snail Essence
I rarely use makeup, even during office days. But micellar water is a must since I use sunscreen on daily basis.
Binahong Liquid from Shoppasoap is my longest product Ive been using, countless time try to find better ones but always comeback to it.
For toner, Missha FTE, I only layer it one. I ever layer it twice and felt not comfortable.
The Ordinary Vit C is my fav for actives at night. It has tingling feels but bearable.
I mix Tamanu Oils + Benton Snail Essence first in my palm first then put it in my face. LESS STICKY rather than use tamanu oils alone.
I guess @liahyoo is right. Tamanu Oils is magic!!!!! My skin loves it so much and I see improvement from my acnes scar.
Budget Serum Review: #ValJeanLabs Restore Niacinamide and Zinc. This sells for $9.99 CAD for 1.83oz at Winners or $18 at Urban Outfitters. And it’s AMAZING. After Deciem went off the rails and I couldn’t buy from them anymore I was scrambling to replace my Niacinamide and I decided to take a chance on this. The texture of this is very watery so I use this as an essence instead of a serum and press it in as a first layer.
1. If you get it from Winners/TJ Max/Marshals it’s about the same price as the TO because of the bigger bottle.
2. My skin has been relatively well behaved and is definitely not as flakey. I think that’s a combination of multiple products but I’m sure this is part of it (see 1 in con for more info in that).
3. This doesn’t sting or get soapy like the TO one did.
1. I don’t know the percentage of the actives but I think it’s lower than 10%. I’ve done some research and found that lower percentages of Niacinamide can actually be better for barrier repair. So maybe not a con?
•THANK YOU FARMER Back To Relax Soothing Gel Mask•
Claims: a cooling, moisturizing gel mask that helps soothe irritated, dry skin.
Packaging: it comes in a jar with protective lid. No spatula included.
Scent: there’s a fresh pomegranate scent when you sniff it but it doesn’t linger during application. It’s not overwhelming, I actually quite enjoy it.
Texture: clear gel with a hint of pink just like jello!
How I use: I usually use this as wash off mask. I applied a generous amount on my face after double cleanse. Leave it for 15 minutes or until it’s about to dry then rinse it off and continue with my other skincare. This can be use as overnight mask as well but I haven’t try it that way.
Thoughts: I like how it feels on my skin since the gel texture is quite cooling on skin. After I rinse it off, my face is more relaxed, cooler and calmer. I could also feel my cheeks plumper and more even tone afterwards.

Mini review time!
So it's winter here in Melbourne now and as many have experienced (or maybe experiencing) dry lips from the cold. I too am a victim on this and after some research, I decided to try Bite Beauty's agave lip mask and lip balm. Pawpaw and even my everyday lip cream just wasn't working anymore. My lips we getting super dry and started to crack and was getting to the point where is was getting flakey (yuck!).
My first impression was this stuff is expensive for such a small product! ($40 for the lip mask at 15g and $30 for the lip balm at 4.2g). But I was getting desperate to find anything that would help my lips so I decided to buy them. I decided to use the lip mask at night and the lip balm when I'm out and about.
The lip mask is a little sticky but has a glossy finish. A little DOES go a long way and by the looks of things, I don't think I'll be purchasing another tube for a while! I saw results after the first use. My lips definitely got softer and they still felt hydrated!
The lip balm feels so comfortable to wear! I wore this when I was at work just to see how comfortable and how often I have to reapply and I only had to reapply it once after lunch! This little balm is now my everyday essential. The product absorbes into my lips keeping it hydrated and gives of the smallest gloss!
These 2 products have saved my lips this cold winter! They are animal crulety free and did I mention that they're pretty sweet tasting too? I highly recommend if someone had the same problem as me having lip problems this winter. I do recommend you do your research still just in case you have an allergic reaction to certain chemicals and/or ingredients! But seriously, these are my Holy Grail! #bitebeauty#agavelipmask#agavelipbalm#review#beautyreview
Velvet texture Easy to blend Evens out skin tone Cruelty free
A little goes a long way
CONS: Thick formula- made to be a spot primer so not ideal for anything more than the T-Zone Silicon based - sometimes doesn’t work well with particular foundations
Now to answer the big question! Does it minimise pores?? It has a little bit of an effect but I wouldn’t go and say it’s completely smooth. If my skin has a little more oil in it, this product would definitely work a whole lot better.
A review of @cleanroutinebeauty June box! This beauty box focuses on clean and green beauty products. Each month you get 4 to 5 beauty samples (and sometimes a full size). They are also cruelty free if that's your jam. A monthly sub is $29.99.
@veyali is a local San Diego perfumer with the most gorgeous packaging ever. I've been eyeing her perfumes so I was happy to see two vials in the box. Oliya is my favorite but I'm partial to anything with jasmine in it.
@frommollywithlove is another San Diego brand! The Pacific Beach sea salt spray is full size and retails for $17.99. This smells AMAZING! The rosemary pulls through a lot but it's not overpowering. I also like the mist; it's super fine and doesn't drench my hair like most salt sprays. It gives my dry hair some nice texture and separation without making it dry and crunchy which other salt sprays always seem to do.
A mini @makanafragrance candle was included as well. The scent is super potent, in a good way. I received pineapple cardamom and the scent is so...happy. When burned it smells exactly the same and leaves a full room smelling gorgeous. Smells like real pineapples.
@spacemasks is right up my alley. I hate full face masks and these ones are for your eyes only (get it?) They're self heating and helps to destress you with both the heat and essence of Jasmine. This was AMAZING after a long work day to destress.
Overall I feel like if you want a green beauty box that features smaller companies this is for you. I'm really pleased with the assortment I got in this box! Review also up on the blog
Also, if you use code JESS20 you can get 20% your first box! No kickbacks, just a great code
Tonight's skincare lineup after the Omorovicza Ultramoor Mud Mask. @chanel.beauty Blue Serum for face and eyes then eye cream and Hydra Beauty hydrating oxygenating overnight mask. The mask replaced my night cream.
The mask is very light and when massage into the skin after leaving it on for a couple of minutes, the gel like mask transforms into water droplets, absorbing immediately into the skin. I really like how it feels and how smooth and moisturised my skin looks the next day.
I've been doing this routine about 2 times every week, and my skin seems to like it. The only complaint I have is the strong fragrance.
I'll talk more about the Blue Serums later Good night!

this month, I’ve been using Mary Kay’s Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover, and here’s what I think... this eyemakeup remover work well enough and in a familiar way, like the classic drugstore makeup removers of ~ shall we say ~ my youth
The Mary Kay remover works about as well as Noxzema, Pond’s Cold Cream , or Vaseline ~ which is...not too quickly, but thoroughly enough with a little percerverience & it seems reasonably gentle not irritating or drying
SOas you’ve guessed by now this is an eyemakeup remover
but ~ between you and me ~ I use it as a full-face first cleanse when my skin care routine calls for a makeup remover
I love the bumble-gum pink color reminiscent of all the ballet figurines and tchotchkes I got as a kid just starting dance classes
& Mary Kay’s Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover is admittedly gratifying to shake up and see the dual-phase formula froth in the bottle like so much pink sea foam
I'm still living for my @nudebynatureca products!! I'm using the primer as a part of my everyday collection. And I've recently added this #winnersfind Coconut Oil lip balm to the everyday collection. Light tinted lip balm with coconut oil to hep moisturizes your lips. I even throw it on with no makeup just for the hint of colour.
