Question for you:
What if I told you that drinking alcohol on occasion isn’t going to be completely detrimental to your progress? .
Sure, alcohol is not the most optimal way to improve your health and reach your fitness goals. Actually, it doesn’t have many physical benefits at all. .
It might help you let loose and act ridiculous, sure, that’s always fun. I personally love drinking.
🍾Anyway. Moving on.
In a perfect world, we would never indulge, we would stick to our clean eating, and not drink, like, ever.
But this is not a perfect world, and it’s a whole lot better that way. .
You need to be honest with yourself. The fact is, you are probably going to want to drink at a friends birthday party or on a night out. You are probably going to want to indulge in yummy foods and live life the way you want to live it. You probably are going to want to drop that new restrictive diet you started because you just love food so much.
I get it. I’ve been there.
What if I told you that you CAN do that and still reach your fitness goals? .
If you feel like this is you... .
Flexible Dieting may be the right approach for you. 💗WELL you are in luck my dear friends, because I’ve worked really hard to create a flexible dieting guide that goes through the ins and outs of macros and flexible dieting. It’s releasing on December 20th - and it’s a wonderful resource to have if you want to learn about flexible dieting, each macro nutrient (carbs, fats, protein, and alcohol), and how to calculate your very own macros. Keep an eye out on my story for updates!
If you have any questions you can always DM me or shoot me an email 🤗 I’m here for you guys, and I’m here to help.
