Full of healthy nutrients. The main ingredient in this soup is kefir, which can be considered as an excellent source of protein. Also, the beneficial effects of fermented foods on our health, especially the intestinal tract, should be emphasized.
This soup will be a great meal for those who want to lose weight because of its low-calorie content.
This recipe is very simple and unbelievably delicious. Especially suitable for hot summer days.”
𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐲 𝐏𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐩
▫️500 g pickled beets
▫️400 g of cucumber
▫️100 g of red radish
▫️2 eggs, boiled
𝟏. Peel the cucumbers and cut into small pieces.
𝟐. Cut the radish into thin slices.
𝟑. Boil the eggs until hard, then peel the shell and chop into pieces.
𝟒. Chop the scallion and dill.
𝟓. In a large bowl pour the Kefir and add the pickled beets, as well as, all the prepared ingredients (see point 1). Mix thoroughly.
𝟔. Cover with greens.
𝟕. Finally, add salt and pepper to taste.
