How is it erev shabbos again? Anyone else feel disoriented from last shabbos and chag? Thankfully I made so much food for yom tov and froze enough for this shabbos, that all I needed to do was add some freshness. I was so inspired by @platesandpetals amazing looking crunchy salad and knew it would be a winner. I changed it up a bit by using beets instead of watermelon radish (because that’s what I had), as well as cucumbers and kohlrabi. I’m going to drizzle on my creamy Za’atar dressing right before serving (recipe below). Good shabbos, and happy weekend! .
Creamy Za’atar Dressing:
1/2 cup mayo
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons za’atar
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon water
1/2 teaspoon salt
