Latest blog: Trusting the flow
I’m in a wonderful flow these past weeks. Partly because I’ve started with a course by Bentinho Massaro to ‘redesign your life’, which has been of tremendous help. The ‘40-day Redesign’ let’s you look at your life purpose or calling and then make you think about your life: what is in alignment with this, and what’s not? How can I redesign my life to align it fully to my purpose? It’s a perspective that really helps me to think about what I want to do on a day-to-day basis, to do (almost) only the things that are helping me to move forward and to let go of things that aren’t beneficial in any way. I spend much less time on social media, I’m watching much less ‘junk’ on YouTube and instead I’m spending more time outside, walking, reading or watching things that inspire me and I get much more work done, as I know where my focus needs to be!
My life is in flow, which sometimes is amazingly beautiful and sometimes crazily scary. It happens more and more often that I don’t have to think about anything, but things just happen in a way that works. The other day I needed to get my scissors out of my closet and there was a little package with needles and threads stuck to my scissors, that I didn’t even know I had. I didn’t give it much attention and just put it back. Later that day, when I wanted to get dressed I realised there was a tiny hole in my leggings. “I need to ask my housemates if they have treads and a needle for me” I thought, as I would never have realised that I had it myself, but then I realised what happened that morning. Perfect! If I’m a little late for an appointment (which is very rare), the other person turns out to be late as well. When my friend didn’t have a coat with her, I had an extra one in my car. When she spontaneously decided to dive into the sea, she could use my scarf that I was wearing that day - a different one then I normally wear which I wouldn’t have offered - to dry herself. I see repeating numbers, experience many synchronicities and receive beautiful messages through friends, songs, cards and all kind of different signs. Life flows! (Continue reading in comments)
