Sets of five up 315, might have had a sixth. Focused on pushing back toward my face and it felt smoother/more consistent. Paused back off at 255 for 8.
Assistance: pushups +40lb x47 reps, inverted rows x26 reps (switched to straight legs instead of bent), dips x37 reps, pullups x20 reps. All in 4 sets today.
