2 cup oats
2 cup milk (breast milk, formula or whole milk)
1/4 cup plain yogurt
2 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
1 cup fresh mixed berries (I used blueberries and strawberries)
Add oats to your container of choice followed by the chia seeds, yogurt, and milk. Mix well.
Add the mixed berries, gently squashing the blueberries while you stir. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning!
Overnight oats can be stored in an airtight container for up to five days in the refrigerator, the longer you leave it the creamer it gets.
