IF YOU’RE NOT TALKING TO YOURSELF....YOU WON’T MAKE IT TO YOUR GOALS!! On the way to where you want to be there will be obstacles, there will be hard times and there will be times you want to give up and quit!!!! But does that mean you don’t start?!? Does that mean, because you know that it will be hard, your not going to even try?!? I started this workout yesterday..it’s the hardest workout to me and it’s the 4th time I’ve done it. Yesterday it wasn’t working, kids were fighting, I got frustrated and my to do list was looming over my head. I did stop. I stopped my workout half way through, but I told myself...since tomorrow is a rest day, you are going to do it again and kill it.
Today I set my alarm and did just that. I still have to modify moves and yes I had to pause and catch my breath and wipe the sweat out of my eyes before this last set, but I did it! I told myself this workout has been kicking your butt and it’s not your favorite but you are going to do it again and do it with all you got. It wasn’t perfect by no means but I did it.
So what are you telling yourself?! Are you saying hey I’ve tried to loose weight before and failed, I’m too old, too fat, too tired, I have zero motivation?
Or are you going to tell yourself....I’m going to start somewhere, I’m going to drink more water, make healthier choices, and I’m going to better my health day by day. Even if obstacles come, even if I eat to much on a weekend, even if I fall off for a week....I’m going to do this!
