In Lima, Peru they have the top 6th restaurant in the whole world - Central. Miša and I weren’t able to get reservations at that restaurant, but the chef’s wife has a restaurant upstairs - Kjolle. We were able to partake in her dishes yesterday. We also had cocktails at their bar - Mayo.
I am completely mind blown. I never knew I could have such an amazing meal. I’ve seen television shows about the top restaurants around the world, but I always thought they were just too posh and bougie. Just all for show. Boy, was I wrong.
This meal was the most expensive I’ve ever had, but it was worth every damn penny. I can’t even type into words the true feelings I had while indulging in our meal. So you’ll have to see me in person if you want to hear the full experience we had here for FOUR hours.

8: Young Pig; ocas, molle, cabuya
9: Cacao from Mil; chirimoya, Amazonian honey
10: Goat’s Milk; lime, bitter orange, lemon verbena
