(Last few photos explained at end of this post)
Meet Hugo! Hugo was named after the orca in the last photos. Hugo was captured around the age of 3 from Vaughn Bay, WA. Hugo lived at Miami Seaquarium with a tank mate until she passed away. Funny enough, after she passed, they had to build a new take because it was too small for Hugo. So they built a new take which Lolita lives in alone now and is WAY too small. I’m not sure how it ever held 2 orcas. Anyway, after 12 years at Miami Seaquarium, Hugo rammed his head into the side of the tank, resulting in a brain Aneurysm. His dead body was lifted in a crane and and he was dumped in the Miami-Dade landfill. Hugo lived to be 15. (Orca pictures explained)
