Spiked Eggnog (the white owl-looking one): Eggnog chantilly and rum caramel.
Douglas Fir (the one with green stuff): Douglas fir custard, dark chocolate chantilly, pistachio sponge.
Honey Bear (the black bear): Lemon ginger curd, caramelized honey mousse.
Fireside Cheer (the orange chimney): Whisky custard, apple caramel, spiced chantilly.
I also got the Vietnamese Coffee cream puff, because I always get that one. These things aren't cheap at $5 a pop ($4.50 if you buy at least four), so they're a rare indulgence for us. But what an indulgence!
