I rarely if ever take to social media to complain but....
Thank you @americanair for being unable to track my luggage or have any clue as to where my checked bag went even 36 hours after I landed. It's 2017 and they have zero clue where my bag is as it never received a scan. Let that sink in... I checked my bag and it never even received a scan. Sure, material things can be replaced unless it's 3/4 of your @blackjaguarwhitetiger gear from @boycottcircus that is no longer made. That can't be replaced.
The only updates I have received are the ones I get by my continuous calls to the airports and @americanair . Why am I the one having to call and get any updates as a paying customer? It's because at the end of the day, long gone are the days of great customer service and caring. So much so the woman I spoke with yesterday "tried" to give ME (the customer) an attitude.
In my 30 years of flying, never has my luggage just vanished. With my fourth trip with @americanair , my bag has vanished from planet earth. A 25% passenger luggage fail rate is beyond poor.
Thank you again @americanair for not reaching out to a customer and having zero ideas of where my luggage is.
After this debacle @americanair you have lost a customer/number.
