I have a 2014 Jeep Cherokee ADII 4x4. It became undriveable on August 28th when the Electronic Stability Control and 4WD system didn't want to function. As a bonus, the electronic parking brake would not disengage. The brakes also locked up while I was test driving around the block! Not safe at all. I took it to Rancho on a flatbed and it's STILL THERE! "We don't know what's wrong" is the official line. Managers are near impossible to reach and have offered no timeline or courtesy vehicle or help with my rental vehicle, which is out of my pocket...and tomorrow is Day 19. They thought they had the solution and installed a new ABS control module, which did not fix the issue. Total on my tab thus far: $1600 I contacted FiatChrysler and they opened an investigation. Haven't heard anything in a couple days from them or the dealership, so this morning I contacted a lemon law lawyer for council. 🤷🏻♂️ . This is insane.. Business owners who understand the value of their customers or clients don't have a problem with exceeding their expectations. For example, from the time I walk into @chickfila until I leave, I am greeted with a smile as if I am a stockholder. When I spend my money with them, the return is always on point. The customer service is exceptional, the food is fresh, and I leave there satisfied in knowing that they have shown me they actually want me to come back to spend my money with them again. When asked to do a survey for them, I gladly provide my opinion of my experience. I do the same for businesses that provide unfavorable experiences.
It is much easier to meet your clients/customers' expectations when you take the time to know what they expect.
