Daily stretch for better posture with TRX.
1. Chest & shoulder opener: hold the TRX straps, step forward with Right or Left foot, and walk away from the anchor point until you feel stretch on your chest and arms. Make sure to keep front of your shoulder back. Hold 20-30 secs, and switch leg. You will also feel stretch on your calf of the back leg, and opening in the hip. Wait for the muscle release, don't force the stretch.
2. Opposite of sitting stretch. This will open the sternum, abdomen, hips, and lengthen the spine. Hold the TRX spine, lift arms and step forward with Right or Left foot until you feel stretch below the armpits up to your fore arms, entire back, and front of your thigh. Hold 20-30 secs, switch foot. Make sure not to arch your lower back, keep your pelvis slightly tucked.
