We are celebrating the release of two crazy/unique collaboration beers brewed at White Labs in San Diego. • Samu-Rye • a dry-hopped, mixed-culture, farmhouse ale using WLP073 Artisanal Country Ale Yeast, & two of our Brettanomyces strains [WLP644 Saccharomyces "bruxellensis" Trois & WLP650 Brettanomyces bruxellensis], creating a super fruity taste with some brett character. • Samu-Rice • single cultured with WLP830 German Lager Yeast, infused with a koji flaked rice and dry-hopped with Sorachi Ace and lemongrass, creating interesting rice flavors.
