This has been my biggest problem in the past, it's all well and good to sit there and say you dream of doing this and that, but at the end of the day what are you doing to achieve these goals? You've got to turn those dreams into plans because life is way too short, go out there and get or do the things that make you happy. I definitely felt the recent weight increase in my deltoids and triceps today, hopefully I am not too sore tomorrow. I am quite impressed with the muscle and definition I have seen develop over the last couple of weeks. I must admit seeing results sure does make sticking to working out a lot easier!
