#TransformationTuesday Sept 2017 vs. May 2018
For those of you who don’t know, I wasn’t always this lean. In these pictures, I think I was sitting at 200lbs and not really happy with the way I looked. For months prior to this my goal was to get to 200, but when i reached that goal I wasn’t happy. I was eating a lot of food, some of it definitely wasn’t clean and I barely did any cardio. I decided it was time to make a big change in my life and my body. I stopped looking at the scale, started carb cycling again and increased my cardio to more than a few times a week. From that point I lasted 3-4 months before i even looked at the scale. And when I did I could care less about the number. I was just happy with the way I looked and felt. .
It just goes to show you that the number on the scale means nothing. Focus on how you feel and how you look day by day. Don’t obsess because your weight hasn’t changed. Remember the person with 40% body fat can weigh the exact same with 20% body fat. It’s just a number! .
