Hey y’all! So here’s the thing, I’m one of those chicks who doesn’t really wear make up (unless I’m going out which is rare) and is totally okay with looking like a homeless man 70% of the time. 😂
I feel like if ima be on here, I’d like to keep it real. This is basically how I look most of the time, my house will probably be littered with kiddo toys half of the time and my attitude is rarely ever filtered. That’s just who I am.
I would love to be pretty, and set up little photo sessions to make me and my account more appealing to y’all. But the truth of the matter is, in the Instagram world it’s easy to manipulate ones reality; but I’m here to show ya that even as a house bum lol who’s life is filled with little moments, that you can still live your best life even without all the glam and glory.
So here’s a quick home workout just with dumbbells for y’all. A little sum sum is better than nothin at all. So get at it 💪🏼 Warm up:
1 min jogging in place
1 min burpees
1 mountain climbers
Reverse grip rows ss SA bent over row 3x15
Reverse fly 5x12
Lat pull over 4 sets 15,12,8,8
Finish with push ups amrap
3 rounds 30 sec each exercise
