I have a weakness for lamb chops!
It’s one meal I can absolutely never refuse! .
We like to grill them using the reverse sear method, smoking low (around 225) and finishing hot and fast for that gorgeous sear and crust, and then slicing into individual portions to serve as a lollipop. 🔥🍭
