If I had to sum up my experience from the master class on biryani, kebabs, and curries by Gourmet Passport I recently attended in word, then it is extraordinary.
Every course was wonderful and we got to witness thoroughly, every step in detail without rushing through anything.
I also tried my hands on the ground lamb kebabs - Hyderabad Blues and spinach stuffed malai paneer tikka - Albela Jhonny.
But the best part was Zazbaa biryani - Hyderabadi chicken biryani. I loved the entire step by step process as much as I love eating it. It was one of a kind experience.
After all of this, we did sit down for the wonderful meal with the dishes we made, learned and a few others. It was fabulous to have spent my day with a bunch who loves food as much I do! Conversations over food and about food are always the best. I had a wonderful time!
