Chef Top has just recently been awarded Best young Chef by top tables barely a week ago.
Chef Top methodology is flavors that are approachable, with modern techniques to elevate the simple ingredients.
Nevertheless, company plays an important role in food culture. Dining with like-minded friends made the table felt cozy like home.
The masala butter wild prawns were the highlight of the evening.
One of my favourite is the pan seared Hokkaido scallops wrap with a layer of lard served on butternut squash.
Chef Top dishes have a signature tangy fruity unique final taste note with infused fruit jelly paste as a garnish.
After wolfing down 12 courses, even though we wanted more of everything, my tummy is at my limit.
As I'm writing this, I'm still wondering how fantastic my next meal at Freebird will be.
I'm assured as Chef Top will be there to perform his magic again.
