How to obtain Samadhi through a Pranayama Practice & Savasana?
Practicing retention of breath #kumbhaka & exhalation #rechaka can help us to teach to the Divine authority.
The breath is the connection between universal soul & individual self.
Simply lying down in hands by the side with legs straight together with heels joined together helps body to prepare of letting go of agitation developed in the body. Relax all nerves & muscles & breath normally along with Pranayama.
This morning practice was done in x position or star pose as the class was very demanding. Use of Iyengar props helps to release tension built in any particular area or for therapeutic purpose which helps in body somatics.
