Set a GOAL then put a plan in motion to ensure daily/weekly you are moving closer to achieve it!
By no means am I the biggest or most shredded dude out there but if you was to jump back to when I started the gym years back, all I wanted to do is build a better me and feel better when I look in the mirror naked (ijoke) but yeah I wanted to be physically more in shape than I was. Thankfully I can say I've definitely been moving closer to that goal I set years ago . There's been ups and downs and times I could of trained harder BUT this is. Marathon not a 100 yard dash .
