there’s many benefits to getting creative in the kitchen on a Sunday night. not only will you have healthy treats to see you through the week, but you can also take them to work and make your coworkers Monday morning by giving them something made with love. I’ve tackled many different types of balls over my time 😏 but these are the most delicious and easy... I just can’t stop putting them in my mouth 😮🤣 all you need to do is blend 220g cashews, 220g coconut, 2 tbsp @niulife coconut oil, 1 serve @nuzest clean lean protein smooth vanilla, 12 medjool dates, a pinch of salt and the rind and juice of half a lemon in the food processor and the mix is done! then you roll them into coconut or hemp seeds or almond meal... the options are endless really. these are so chewy, and they taste like a lemon coconut cheesecake. they’re seriously my favourite treat. happy Monday everybody 🌞 may your week be FULL of healthy treats.
