Wednesday vibes✨ REAL FITNESS JOURNEY VS FITNESS EXPECTATIONS.
💁🏻♀️EXPECTATIONS: workout every single day 5-6 days a week always eating healthy foods, only healthy snacks, drink 64oz plus of water daily, going to sleep on time and getting 8 hours a night.
🤷🏻♀️REALITY: 2 perfect weeks / week 3 skip a couple of workouts, one weekend you have a a couple cheat meals, you didn’t get too much sleep 💤.
The truth is taking care of yourself is a journey and a messy one, life happens and you won’t have much control over it, maybe it’s a crazy week at work , maybe there is Friend or family visiting.
Things are always happening around us, life doesn’t stop for us. This past couple days have been like this for me, when off my plan, workouts didn’t happen over the weekend, and I ate a lot of things like 🌱pizza 🍕 fries 🍟, vegan sushi and a lot snacks ( semi-healthy) Definitely feeling not at my best, a bit bloated. .
My dolls, We all have those days, the important part is understanding that is part of the journey, and get back on track as soon as possible because not every day is going to perfect but every day you can try your best to take care of yourself 💗✨I believe in an 80/20 rule, healthy 80% of the time and 20 % you have a few off days.
