NEW VIDEO ALERT‼️ Testing out the @milkmakeup Blur Foundation on dry skin! Over the past 6 months or so, Milk has become one of my favorite brands. I wanted to give you a rundown of some of their standout products.
The Kush Brow Gel in “Haze: This has become a holy grail product for me. It adds so much volume and texture to my brows and I love it for doing natural or fluffy brow looks!
Lip and Cheek Stick in “Rally”: Another product that has become a staple in my collection! My favorite way to apply is to put some on the back of the hand and then pick it up with a beauty blender. It blends in seamlessly under or over powder and gives a fresh dewy look to the skin. This shade is also perfect for my skin tone to give a natural flush!
Kush Mascara: I was not crazy about this product at first, but after I let it sit for a few weeks it started growing on me. I recommend keeping it to one coat ONLY, otherwise it can be too heavy and pull the lashes down. That being said, when used correctly it can give a beautiful voluminous and fluffy look to the lashes. I also noticed a difference in the health and growth of my lashes thanks to the CBD oil!
Blur Matte Setting Powder: This is a nice powder, but honestly not my cup of tea. It does a great job of setting down makeup and looks smooth of the skin, but it is too matte for my liking. I like that the packaging has a mesh screen to make it less messy. I do reach for this when I’m in a rush and want something quick and easy to set down the areas I want to blend powders onto. Overall it’s nice, but much better suited for someone with oily skin!
Holographic Stick in “Mars”: This is a recent fav for me! It gives a soft dewy glow to the skin, which is nice for more natural or “no-makeup” days. You can apply it with a finger or directly to the face for a more intense look. What impressed me is that this doesn’t move around the foundation underneath even when you apply it directly. I love taking this with me for “on-the-go” makeup!
Be sure to check out my new video for thoughts on the foundation and let me know if you like these little reviews! Thank you @baileyannroy for the suggestion!
