I'm back!!! After a most depressing month I'm back. Lessee:
1. Messed up my left shoulder in hoop a month ago.
2. Wallowed in self pity for a few weeks.
3. Realized I have legs and feet and could finally try to take ballet classes (something I wanted to do since I was a child). Plus I figure this will help my toe points and overall grace issues I have.
4. Finally got cleared by the PT to go back to class (with arm overhead restrictions, but we're good to go).
5. Got shown some pretty moves on the hoop by @danceralexandria Many thanks!
I lost some strength after a month of doing nothing upper body (my hip hold switch is telling of this), but I'm determined to get it back. Safely. Really ensuring engagement is there before all the other things. Life makes sense again. I am happy.
I am so happy, that I was able to execute this combo inspired by watching @maggiedipane and For @tundysaerialfactory to teach me that first awesome move last summer!

I also feel that as an artist there is never a time to just sit back because there are so many things to learn day by day.
I have been a professional dancer for 11years but only practice and experience can make you maintain and improve.
